Receptionist - Clapham Receptionist Administration and Business Support - Collingwood Court Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: 26,436.80 Per Annum Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: 40 Collingwood Care Home is a newly commissioned specialist care home in Clapham, London supporting adults with complex nursing needs, dementia and mental health conditions. The home offers 80 en suite bedrooms across two floors and provides complex nursing care, specialist dementia care and residential mental health support within a safe and clinically led environment. Receptionist 26,436.80 per year Full time contract Pension, Paid DBS, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract The Role As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and professionals, creating a welcoming and professional environment within the home. Your role will be key in ensuring the smooth running of the reception area and supporting the wider administration team. You will greet visitors, answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries while ensuring all interactions reflect the high standards of the home. You will support the administration team with general office tasks including managing mail, maintaining records and updating internal systems. You will also assist with filing, documentation and general administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the home. Your organisation, professionalism and friendly approach will help create a positive experience for residents, visitors and colleagues.
