Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Create a positive and inspiring learning environment
* Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
* Develop resources to support reading, writing, and analytical skills
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to wider school life
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, or a related subject
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet different learning needs
