Description The Role We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our marketing team. You'll ensure seamless execution of campaigns by managing projects, coordinating workflows and providing strategic administrative support. You'll be working within our internal marketing team – a solid, multi-disciplinary crew that supports the many programs and services under the BUSY umbrella. Key Responsibilities: Own and optimise our Asana project management system – creating projects, managing timelines, tracking milestones and keeping stakeholders informed Maintain marketing processes, documentation and approval workflows Coordinate with external vendors, manage digital assets and oversee collateral inventory Process invoices, conduct budget reconciliations and maintain expenditure records Facilitate team communication and prepare marketing reports Skills And Experiences About You Essential: 3-5 years' experience in marketing coordination, operations or project management Advanced proficiency with Asana Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strong communication abilities and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Desirable: Experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation Knowledge of digital marketing and design tools Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications (or equivalent experience)
