Role: Area Manager (Residential) Based: Home-based with travel as required

Relevant qualification in the construction, engineering, or surveying sectors (BSc / MSc / OND / HND / Degree, etc.)
~ Experience with virtual technology operating systems
~ A full driving licence
~ Qualify new inbound opportunities Undertake online and in-person site visits
Design projects Interpret site investigation, arborist and drain survey data to assist with producing detailed treatment designs
Input data in a timely manner to CRM system
Liaise with complaint customers and perform complaint visits
Collect and act on feedback on the on site performance of your projects
Act as a flexible and proactive team member
