We’re looking for a proactive and driven sales professional with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering against ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy to increase business growth.
* Research and identify new markets, trends, customers, and partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact and networking.
* Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact and quotation through to first delivery.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve profitable deals.
* Maintain a clear understanding of customer needs and industry developments.
* Liaise closely with internal departments including Purchasing, Warehousing, and Accounts.
* Attend relevant exhibitions and events to represent the business.
* Prepare forecasts, analyse sales data, and report findings to senior management.

* Proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
* A results-driven, ambitious individual who thrives on achieving targets.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
* Willingness to travel across the UK as required.
* Full, clean UK driving licence.
