We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to take OakNorth's brand, growth engine, and customer experience to the next level. As Head of Marketing, you'll lead a high-impact, multi-disciplinary team across Brand & Design, Growth Marketing, Digital & Martech, Commercial Enablement, and Events-supporting all three of our core product lines: Lending, Business Banking, and Personal Savings across the UK and US.This is not a brand-heavy, big-budget media role. Our approach is rooted in precision: account-based marketing (ABM) for Lending and Business Banking, customer lifecycle and digital growth strategies for Personal Savings, and lean, insight-driven execution across everything we do.We prioritise measurable, commercial outcomes over reach for reach's sake-so we're looking for someone who can think creatively within relentless focus on return, and scale systems and processes that drive real business impact.Success in this role means:

10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, SaaS and/or B2B financial technology.
* Proven track record managing multi-functional teams-digital, brand, growth marketing.
* Strong strategic thinker with analytical rigor and creativity; you balance art and science with ease.
* Excellent collaborator-adept at navigating internal stakeholders spanning commercial and corporate functions.
* Ambitious, curious, high-standards leader who is hands-on when needed, but excels at empowering others.
