Join the opening team at Pennington’s, a brand-new British Brasserie opening soon within our historic hotel. We’re looking for charismatic, energetic people to help us set the standard. We’re recruiting for full-time and part-time roles across our Kitchen and Food and Beverage departments. We offer highly competitive salaries and Tronc:

• Food & Beverage roles including Hosts, Head Waiters, Bartenders, Barbacks, Waiters and Waitresses
• Kitchen roles including Junior Sous Chefs, and Chef de Partie
