A well-established and successful legal practice based near Wimbledon is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a broad range of matters including:
* Drafting wills and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Trusts and inheritance tax advice
* Powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
You’ll have autonomy over your caseload, with the support of a collaborative team, and the chance to build strong, lasting relationships with a loyal client base.
Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Private Client work
* Strong technical skills in wills, probate, and estate administration
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
