M&E Maintenance Planner Coordinator

Monday–Friday, Days

Are you ready to take ownership of maintenance planning in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment?

If you thrive on structured processes, data‑driven decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Taw Valley Creamery is undergoing a major transformation supported by a £180 million investment — making this an especially exciting time to join our Maintenance & Engineering team.

How you will make an impact

As our M&E Maintenance Planner Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are planned, coordinated and executed effectively across the creamery. You’ll work closely with operations, engineering and planning teams to drive reliability, compliance and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include

* Planning and scheduling planned maintenance work orders, and preparing full work packages including labour, spare parts, tools and Control of Work requirements (permits, risk assessments, LOTO)

* Acting as the site CMMS (SAP PM) super‑user, maintaining master data and supporting pilot projects and user upskilling

* Coordinating deferred corrective maintenance and supporting improvement projects across Maintenance & Utilities

* Developing standard work instructions and procedures, and facilitating data analysis sessions to provide insights to the M&E leadership team and LCO Core team

* Supporting the MRO Coordinator in optimising spare‑part utilisation and contributing to M&E financial processes

This role sits within the Maintenance & Engineering team at Taw Valley Creamery.

What will make you successful

You’ll bring strong technical capability, a structured mindset and the ability to work confidently with data, systems and cross‑functional teams. You’ll be comfortable working within established processes while also identifying opportunities to improve them.

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong technical education in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and repair processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You’ll have experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS platforms and a passion for digital tools and data‑driven decision‑making. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement and a collaborative mindset are essential.

What do we offer?

We’re committed to your growth and development, offering internal and external training opportunities. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary, 26 days holiday, matched pension contributions up to 6%, life assurance, and flexible benefits. At Stourton, you’ll join a team proud of its high job satisfaction and steep learning curve, with plenty of challenges and support to help you succeed.
