We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our office in Aberdeen! As a HR Business Partner in DOF's Atlantic region, you will play a central role in delivering both strategic and operational HR support to our leaders and employees across the UK, both onshore and offshore. You will partner closely with business units to understand their operational needs, drive people initiatives, and provide expert guidance across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This is a varied and influential role, combining strategic partnership with practical execution. You will be involved in everything from workforce planning and recruitment to performance development, employee relations, system optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR processes. You will also collaborate with colleagues across DOF’s global People & Organization community to ensure alignment and consistency of practices, while adapting to regional requirements. Some of you tasks in this role will include: Provide proactive HR support and guidance to managers and employees across UK onshore and offshore operations Partner with management to drive organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development Conduct wage, salary, and benefits analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company standards Oversee compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards Deliver HR reporting, analytics, and insights to support strategic decision-making Requirements Relevant university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related disciplines (CIPD Level 5 or higher is preferred) Relevant experience within the HR field, preferably from the Subsea or offshore sector Experience supporting both onshore and offshore workforces Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels In-depth knowledge and understanding of relevant employment legislation (UK) Fluent in English, both verbal and written This position is reporting to the Regional HR Manager.
