About the Company: My client is a successful and growing Power Solutions business, supplying Generator Rental, Service and Capital Project based solutions.


About the Role: They are looking to recruit a Sales leader to oversee their Rental sales team. The role reports to the CEO.


Responsibilities:


* Oversee the Rental sales team.
* Develop new business.
* Manage existing relationships.
* Player manage a small team.


Qualifications:


* At least 5 years’ relevant Generator rental experience preferred.


Required Skills:


* People management experience preferred.
* Proven sales skills with the ambition to progress into management.
* Dynamic candidate with a strong appetite to progress in their career.


Preferred Skills:


* Experience in the Generator rental industry.

Pay range and compensation package: £60,000 - £65,000 Basic plus quarterly bonus, car or car allowance & pension.
