Your responsibilities include managing the reception area to maintain a welcoming, clean, and safe environment, handling inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face, and offering advice on various matters like childcare, health, and financial benefits. Additionally, you will manage the center’s calendar, maintain our database, and lead on program coordination, ensuring high-quality data integrity and compliance with data protection policies.
