* Support and run remote usability tests, user interviews, surveys, and other research studies
* Manage participant recruitment, scheduling, and study logistics to ensure timely and organized execution
* Contribute to exploratory and evaluative research focused on AI‑assisted engineering workflows and next‑generation interaction models
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover actionable insights
* Create journey maps and other visual artifacts to communicate user workflows, goals, pain points, and opportunities
* Contribute to improving research operations, documentation processes, and participant management systems
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Factors, UX Research, Product Design, HCI, or a related field
* Familiarity with user‑centered design and UX research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, task analysis, user journey mapping, and heuristic evaluations
* Strong communication skills—able to clearly share research plans and insights in both verbal and written formats
* Detail‑oriented and organized, with an interest in both research and operations
* Experience with UX tools (Figma, Miro/Mural/Figjam, Excel/Sheets) is a plus
* Exposure to or interest in CAD, 3D modeling, or SOLIDWORKS is a bonus, but not required
