Overview
Working closely under senior creative direction, you’ll help bring our brand to life day-to-day - executing designs, rolling out campaigns, and ensuring everything we produce is polished, on-brand, and thoughtfully crafted. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to learn from an experienced creative lead while working across a wide range of channels.
Responsibilities
* Design and build day-to-day brand assets using established templates and guidelines, including: emails and CRM flows, social media content, paid advertising assets, presentations and internal documents. Printed materials including packaging, catalogues, lookbooks, collateral.
* Video editing for Series and Reels formats – including graphics and text overlays.
* Roll out campaign assets across multiple formats and channels, ensuring consistency throughout.
* Support the production of website assets, content updates, and visual refreshes in collaboration with relevant teams.
* Apply brand guidelines carefully and consistently across all outputs.
* Ensure all work meets high standards of craft, accuracy, and finish before delivery.
* Support the Creative Brand Manager in maintaining organised brand files, templates, and asset libraries.
* Work closely with the Creative Brand Manager to implement creative direction, templates, and visual systems.
* Support photo and video shoots where needed (e.g. preparing assets, resizing, basic retouching, file prep).
* Liaise with internal teams to help deliver assets on time and to brief.
The successful candidate will have
* Minimum 1 years’ experience in a junior design role or similar.
* Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, and detail.
* Proficiency in relevant creative tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, video editing software.
* Klaviyo and Shopify experience bonus but not essential.
* Comfortable working from templates and creative direction, with a desire to learn and improve.
* Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Positive, collaborative, and open to feedback.
