Land Assembly Assistant Salary: £29,000 - £36,340 per annum Location: Birmingham (Snow Hill), hybrid - 3 days in office Closing Date: 14 December 2025 Start Date: February 2026 About the Role Join a major UK infrastructure programme as a Land Assembly Assistant supporting land acquisition and possession for railway construction. You'll work with internal teams, contractors, and consultants to assure land referencing data, prepare and track statutory notices, and support land assembly governance. FLAB sessions and spatial data analysis are key parts of the role. This role is suitable for graduates (e.g., geography, geospatial) or those with some land referencing or data experience. Full training is provided. Key Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail, data management, and organisation. Ability to read and analyse maps/spatial data. Good time management and prioritisation. Keen to learn and proactive, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Working Environment Based primarily in Birmingham; hybrid working available.
