1. Up To £40,000 Salary / £50,000 OTE

5. Previous MET, Panel, Or Paint Hands-On Background Required
We are in search of a Bodyshop Workshop Controller to join our Client’s Accident Repair Bodyshop in the Basingstoke area. Our Client is part of a large network of Bodyshops across the South. They are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their team working alongside a Group with a great reputation with excellent in-house opportunities to allow you to progress your career to the next level!
Our Client is offering the successful Bodyshop Workshop Controller:
6. Up To £40,000 Salary / £50,000 OTE
7. 45 Hour Week Monday - Friday
8. 21 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
9. Previous MET, Panel, Paint Background Required - Take A Step Up!
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Workshop Controller:
10. Controlling a team of Bodyshop productives including the workflow, allocation etc.
11. Managing customers expectations both whilst on site and by telephone
12. Checking the vehicle onto site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicle, entering work onto the system
13. Workshop Loading, Maintaining / printing job cards
14. Managing progress of all jobs
15. Liaising with the customer during progression of work

17. Good telephone manner
18. Organisational and administration skills
19. Full and Clean Driving Licence
