As our Safety and Compliance Coordinator (known internally as Compliance Support Engineer), you will:
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of workshops with various teams; helping to organise and coordinate these, take notes, save and distribute the outputs of the workshops.
* Use your methodical administration skills to keep documents, notes and logs organised and saved appropriately on SharePoint and in other locations.
* Work to and ensure that compliance documentation aligns to specific processes.
* Work with a range of internal and external customers and authorities.
* Provide administrative and technical support across compliance activities relating to our lifeboats, and their launch and recovery equipment.
Qualifications
* Experience working in an engineering, safety, compliance or documentation focused environment.
* Have an awareness of technical hazards (the sort you might find when operating heavy equipment or machinery or boats and their equipment).
* Strong organisation and administration skills.
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
