PROJECT MANAGER Our client, a successful and reputable building contractor, are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major high-rise residential development in the heart of Manchester. This is a pivotal role, ideal for a construction professional with a strong track record in delivering multi-storey residential or mixed-use schemes from inception to completion. You will work with a reputable developer/main contractor on a landmark project, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, programme, and cost control are maintained throughout. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of the high-rise residential project from pre-construction through to handover. Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety, planning regulations, and contractual obligations. Track project progress against key milestones and manage risk mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Manage budgets, procurement schedules, and change control processes. Requirements: Proven experience delivering high-rise residential or mixed-use schemes (£20M value). Minimum 5 years experience in a Project Manager or Senior Site Manager role. Strong understanding of UK building regulations and health & safety legislation. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
