The Role
As an Automotive Technical Trainer, you'll play a vital role in delivering engaging and impactful training to technicians across the Volkswagen Group network.
Responsibilities
* Delivering core technical and project-based training programmes through a variety of methods - including classroom sessions, practical workshops, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts.
* Developing and updating training materials for new model launches and evolving technologies.
* Representing the brand at factory events and product launches, ensuring the latest innovations are communicated effectively to learners.

About You
* We\'re looking for someone who is both technically skilled and genuinely passionate about developing others.
* Hold a relevant technical qualification (e.g. City & Guilds Levels 1-3 or National Craft Certificate).
* Possess a strong understanding of vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
* Demonstrate a real passion for the automotive industry.
* Be an engaging and inspiring communicator with a collaborative attitude.
* Have excellent time management skills and a proactive approach to personal development.
* Be adaptable to fast-paced changes and committed to delivering an outstanding learner experience.
* Be able to commute daily to Milton Keynes.
