Synced Talent are currently supporting a client operating within the residential property sector to recruit a talented Assistant Building Manager to join their team at their impressive site in Aberdeen.
We are keen to speak from the living, accommodation, serviced offices, hospitality, retail or leisure sectors to include PBSA, BTR, Residential, hotels/hostels, Co-living, Coworking, events sectors or any sector where face to face customer experience/excellence is everything
You may already be an Assistant Manager or Team Leader looking for a new challenge or a customer service professional looking for your first step into a managerial role.

In this role you would be responsible for building communities within the building and locally, hosting events and being the first contact for all residents and the onsite team.
Outline duties and responsibilities:
* Assist in leading, motivating and developing a small onsite team
* Customer service & customer journey
* Events management - managing the ideas and running of events.
* Resident care, engagement and satisfaction
* Management of Social media channels for the building
* Sales & Marketing - Site visits, tours and events
* Building management - Compliance, H&S and coordination of maintenance requests
* Building administration & Coordination e.g. tenancy, lease, contractor liaison
* Drive the highest rates of retention and community engagement
