Salary: GBP 29,000 per annum with on target earnings of GBP 38,000 (the amount you'll potentially earn with your commission)

As a Store Manager in our Guildford store, we want your product knowledge and ability to engage with customers and your team to drive your store's performance. You'll still have the chance to be on the shop floor and help our customers find Sleep wellness with the right sleep products, but we also want you to lead and inspire your team of Consultants. This means that our unique sleepPRO technology won't be the only thing ensuring that both customers and colleagues can get the best night's sleep! We'll provide full training on products, processes, and people because we rest easy knowing you're set up for success, and we'll continue to support and train you to help you build the career you want.

Our customers shop during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, so you'll be available to seize these opportunities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our uncapped commission structure means the more you sell, the more you earn.

You will deliver excellent customer service to ensure our customers have an outstanding store experience.
