A respected independent brokerage in Kent is looking for an experienced Commercial & General Insurance Account Executive to join their growing team.

About the Role
You'll manage a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients, covering both commercial and general insurance products.
The role includes handling new business, renewals, and MTAs across a wide range of lines, including:
* Commercial Combined
* Property Owners
* Employers' & Public Liability
* Motor Fleet & Commercial Vehicle
* Professional Indemnity
* Personal Lines (Home, Motor, Travel) — where required
You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, build strong client relationships, and liaise with insurers to deliver tailored, competitive solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial and/or general insurance broking
* Confident advising clients across multiple product lines
* Comfortable managing end-to-end client relationships
* Familiar with Open GI (or similar broking systems)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
