We are looking for a customer-focused and technically-minded Support Advisor who is passionate about solving problems, building relationships, and growing their career with a company that values and rewards dedication.

What will you do?
* Be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for customers, providing timely support via phone, email, and live-chat.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers to clear and effective solutions.
* Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
* Become an expert on our products and services to provide accurate and confident support.
* Share customer feedback and insights with the team to help us continuously improve.
