Your Role at a Glance As a Quality Business Partner, you'll be a visible, proactive leader supporting operational teams, senior managers, and the individuals we support. You’ll drive quality assurance, promote regulatory compliance, and champion innovation — all while keeping care truly person-centred. This is a field-based role involving regular travel across services in the North-West and Midlands. Key Responsibilities ✅ Quality Assurance & Improvement Lead and embed a robust QA process across the region Conduct quality reviews, audits, and share learning to reduce risk Prepare actionable, evidence-based QA reports and recommendations Monitor compliance with organisational and regulatory standards Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Collaborate with PBS teams to embed proactive behaviour support systems Promote use of Applied Behaviour Analysis in practice and training Support reduction of incidents through behaviour-led interventions Person-Centred Practice & Expert by Experience Partner with people we support to co-assess service quality Align service delivery with CQC standards, internal policies, and best practices Support individuals in staff recruitment, goal-setting, and shaping their care Outcomes & Continuous Development Support services in defining and achieving personal outcomes Develop and implement outcome-tracking systems Analyse trends to inform strategic improvements ⚖️ Governance, Compliance & Innovation Investigate incidents and complaints, identifying root causes Implement sustainable quality improvements Support and improve digital systems (e.g., Nourish) Ensure risk management strategies are in place ️ Service Development & Strategic Planning Translate strategic quality goals into operational excellence Embed governance frameworks into new services Contribute to organisation-wide improvement projects Person Specification Requirement Essential Desirable Education 2:1 degree or equivalent ✔ GCSE Grade B/6 in English & Maths ✔ Relevant care sector qualifications Experience Senior experience in health/social care ✔ Knowledge of CQC/regulatory frameworks ✔ Quality improvement and project management ✔ Audit and policy development ✔ Attributes Organised, self-motivated, proactive ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication ✔ Engaging, people-focused leader ✔ Passionate about rights-based support ✔ Other Full UK Driving Licence ✔ Right to work in the UK ✔ What We Offer £3,000 annual car allowance Regular CPD and development opportunities ️ Opportunity to influence strategic quality initiatives Flexible, field-based working with autonomy A supportive, values-driven work culture The chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable adults ✨ Ready to Lead with Purpose?
