At Screwfix, we're looking for a Senior Analyst (Customer Data) to play a critical role in transforming how we understand and serve our customers. In this role, you'll lead the analysis of customer behaviour and commercial data, using predictive and advanced analytics to influence high-level decision-making across trading, CRM, and marketing. You’ll be a key voice in the room, translating complex findings into clear, actionable strategies that improve performance and customer experience.
