Customer Care Coordinator – Glasgow
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Coordinator to join our friendly Customer Care Team, based at our office in Glasgow.
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (8:00am–4:00pm on Fridays)
Salary: £26,000 per year
Location: Glasgow
The main purpose of this role is to deliver an efficient, effective, and customer-focused after-sales service. You will liaise closely with customers, subcontractors, site teams, and management, ensuring strong working relationships and a consistently high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers, subcontractors, site managers, and internal teams to ensure an excellent after-sales and maintenance response to all queries and complaints.
* Ensure materials and labour are arranged and available before works begin.
* Contact customers following legal completion to confirm their satisfaction.
* Produce accurate, timely documentation relating to all customer care activities.
* Maintain and update internal systems promptly to ensure an accurate and reliable customer database.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
We are seeking someone who is straightforward, friendly, and a strong team player.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience within a Customer Care environment.
* Be creative, well-organised, and confident in planning and prioritising workload.
* Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
* Experience within the housebuilding or construction industry is beneficial but not essential.
