We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation based in NR13.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
2. Moving, loading, and unloading goods within the warehouse
3. Supporting day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations
4. Ensuring accuracy in stock handling and order preparation
5. Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations
When not operating the FLT, you will also be required to:
6. Fill sacks and plastic containers with chemical products such as bath salts, screen wash, and anti-freeze
7. Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
8. Keep your working area clean, organised, and tidy
9. Assist with any additional warehouse duties as required
Requirements:
10. Valid Counterbalance FLT experience (essential)
11. Own transport due to location
12. Safety shoes required
13. Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
