About the Role
Hoveton and Wroxham Medical Centre is looking to recruit a motivated facilities and equipment support manager to join our busy practice to play a full and active role as part of the practice multi-disciplinary team.We are looking for the successful applicant to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ideally 8am to 2pm. You may be required to be flexible around start and finish times from time to time.
Working on-site, full support is required at the Hoveton site, and less required at the new Magna site in Rackheath.
Supporting the practice manager, the main responsibilities include:
* Ensure smooth daily set up of access to the clinical systems including system one/ ICE and practice systems as required.
* Ensure that all facility contractors undertake their contractual responsibilities in line with health and safety and CQC requirements.
* Maintain systems to ensure that there is clear oversight of activities as required.

About the Candidate
To be considered for this position you will have the following skills:
* Good communicator
* Well organised
* Preferably experienced in facilities management
* Experience in SystmOne essential
* Flexible approach to the requirements of the job
* A "can do" positive attitude
* Responsive and proactive approach
* Willing to travel between both sites
The job can be physically demanding andrequires attendance at the practice building if the intruder alarm is triggered.
