Package:
Basic salary: £37,000

This is a high-volume, premium gastro pub with beautifully appointed bedrooms, alongside a thriving weddings and events business. As one of the companys flagship sites, this role offers a fantastic platform to make your mark as the number two to the General Manager.
Were looking for a strong Deputy from a gastro pub with rooms background, ideally with exposure to weddings and events. Youll come from a quality, fresh food environment where delivering exceptional service is the standard.
While not a branded business, the group operates around 15 sites with clear values, strong systems, and support in placewhile still allowing plenty of autonomy. This is a great opportunity to influence, drive standards, and bring your own ideas to the table.
