📍Near Slough, Berkshire (3 days a week office, travel to Europe 2-3 times a year)
circa ÂŁ65,000 plus car allowance and bonus

Working closely with external distributor partners, you will be shaping and executing strategic marketing plans. This opportunity offers an exciting and varied position within a high-growth area of the business, where you will have a lot of accountabilities for various projects across the marketing mix and developing NPD as a project manager as part of your role.
You will have one direct report to help deliver their agenda.

You don't need to have international experience but a love for other cultures and experience managing innovate gate processes.
What will you be doing:
* Lead and deliver the brand strategy, evolving “where to play” and “how to win” initiatives while driving critical NPD.
* Build strong distributor partnerships to create and execute impactful in-market plans.
* Collaborate cross-functionally (business development, UK brand team, supply chain) to ensure alignment and delivery.
* Shape the innovation pipeline to increase consumer penetration across EU markets.
* Lead integrated communications, optimising above- and below-the-line activity.
* Own and allocate A&P budget to maximise ROI.
* Champion your agenda, securing buy-in and driving stakeholder engagement.
* Manage and develop a direct report to deliver results and realise their potential.
