As a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Yupek Solutions’ presence across the UK. You’ll be working directly with clients, identifying new opportunities, presenting tailored automation solutions, and managing the full sales journey from first contact to successful closure.

Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK market
* Research prospects and build a strong sales pipeline
* Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and face-to-face meetings
* Conduct product demonstrations and solution-based sales discussions
* Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key accounts
* Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies
* Track pipeline progress, sales activity, and client engagement through CRM tools
* Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Qualifications
* 2–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Experience in industrial, technical, or machinery sales preferred
* Confident in managing client relationships independently
* Target-driven with a proactive, self-motivated mindset
* Comfortable with extensive travel and regular client visits
* Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
* Experience in packaging automation, manufacturing, or engineering sectors
* Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft 365
* Exposure to lead generation or digital sales outreach
* Full UK driving licence

Candidates must be currently based in the UK / Northern Ireland.
