Our store teams are made up of customer-first people with a real passion for outstanding service, creating amazing experiences and lasting memories for our customers. Our team members work hard to develop outstanding product knowledge and jewellery expertise to share with customers.
Responsibilities
* Play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets. Build knowledge to answer every type of customer enquiry as new products are introduced in store.
* Reflect our brand, culture and customers as the face of H. Samuel. Represent a fashion-conscious, business casual dress code that encourages individuality.
* Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences and help customers celebrate life events (engagements, weddings, birthdays, etc.).
Your background / Qualifications
* Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences. Interest in jewellery products and brands. Positive, can-do attitude and natural ability to start conversations with a diverse range of customers.
