R9 Recruitment is looking for a qualified Multi Trade Roofer with a passion for green energy. Our client is seeking skilled professionals to install Solar PV systems and carry out roofing works across our social housing portfolio.
Salary: £34,067 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role
* Installing Solar PV and associated works
* Identifying and rectifying roofing defects
* Surveying and placing slates/tiles in isolated patches
* Removing and replacing full roof coverings
* Re-bedding and renewing hip and ridge tiles
* Repairing and replacing lead valleys
* Rebuilding chimney stacks and renewing chimney pots
* Repairing mineral felt and asphalt flat roofs
* Renewing lead flashing to chimneys and upstands
* Liaising with customers and interpreting drawings, diagrams, and measurements
What We Need From You
* Recognised Apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2/3 qualification
* Proven competence in all aspects of roofing
* Experience in domestic property maintenance, including high-rise blocks
* Ability to work in confined spaces
* Full UK driving licence
* CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools
