Job Title: Office Administrator/Receptionist
Location: MQ Mobile Tyres, Unit 23 Chantry Road, Woburn Road Industrial Estate, Kempston, Beds, MK42 7SY
Reporting Line: Mike Quince – Managing Director
Hours: Monday to Friday –initially 6 hours a day (start and finish times negotiable)
20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays
3 month probationary period.
Salary: Dependent on experience
As an MQ Mobile Tyres Office Administrator/Receptionist you will be required to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:
Main duties and responsibilities
· Support the day to day running of the company
· Invoice retail customers and trade accounts
· Help maintain stock records on the PC
· Liaise with ordering and supplies
· Update and maintain computer records, Health & Safety records etc.
· Follow data protection guidelines when handling information
· Support in setting up new tyre software system
· Greet customers and deal with their enquiries in a professional, welcoming and efficient manner
· Handle enquiries on the phone, by email and on social media
· Process emails and tyre bookings
· Create Job cards & liaise between the customers & tyre technicians

Desirable Attributes
· Proven experience as a receptionist/office administrator
· Proficient use of a Tyre Software system e.g. Cam System
· Proficient use of data systems e.g Sage, Quickbooks
· Previous experience in the admin side of the motor trade sector
Qualifications
Essential - GCSE's in English and Maths Grade A to C (9 – 4) or equivalent
Desirable - Business related A levels, courses and training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.99-£14.55 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 37 per week
