Our client in the Uxbridge area is seeking a Systems & Insights Advisor to manage and analyse People data. This role is crucial for ensuring data integrity, compliance, and the delivery of insightful People reports. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and meaningful data and reports that support strategic decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. Immediate tasks/priorities for the role: Manage HR Systems inbox providing timely and consistent support to staff members including access queries, password resets, reports Assist the People Operations Manager and project team with the implementation of our new HRIS, including data updates/integrity checks and providing first line stakeholder support Role requires excellent organisational and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, experience working with an HRIS iTrent or similar system Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in managing and analysing HR data. Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems and data management practices. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. This is a temporary position until the end of July and will require an Enhanced DBS
