Medical Governance Manager – UK

We’re looking for an experienced Medical Governance Manager to lead UK medical compliance and governance within a pharmaceutical environment.
This role suits a confident decision-maker with strong regulatory expertise who can partner cross-functionally and act as the ABPI final medical signatory.
What You’ll Do
* Act as ABPI final medical signatory
* Own and maintain the UK medical governance framework and SOPs
* Ensure compliance with ABPI Code, GCP, ICH, and ethical standards
* Lead audits, risk assessments, investigations, and corrective actions
* Oversee PMCPA complaints and external regulatory correspondence
* Lead Disclosure of Transfer of Value processes
* Review and approve promotional and medical materials
* Advise senior stakeholders on governance and compliance risks
* Align UK activities with global compliance initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Degree qualified
* Strong pharma experience in medical governance or medical excellence
* ABPI final medical signatory status
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Comfortable working autonomously in a high-accountability role
