Location: Cambridge (on-site, beautiful campus)
Salary: c. £30,000 per annum excellent campus benefits
Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract (potential to extend)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to take your next step into recruitment or a well seasoned recruitment consultant looking for a change? We’re looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a very busy, friendly team based on a stunning Cambridge campus. You’ll be part of an innovative, fast-growing technology business, helping to support a high volume of technical and operational hiring.
Responsibilities
* Manage interview scheduling and coordinate diaries.
* Support candidate communication and ensure smooth behind-the-scenes operations.

About you / Qualifications
You don’t need to have worked as a Recruitment Coordinator before if you have strong administration experience, great organisation skills, and a confident approach to multitasking.
