We are delighted to be recruiting an ERP Support team member to join our IT department and support with the implementation of a new ERP system.
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled ERP Support Team Member to join our IT team, supporting both the day-to-day operation and the ongoing implementation of our IFS Applications ERP system within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with cross-functional teams, and contributing to digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and rollout of IFS modules, including requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live support.
Provide first and second-line support for IFS Applications users across the business.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, escalating complex problems to third-line support or IFS where necessary.
Support system configuration, user access management, data integrity tasks and reporting tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimise ERP workflows.
Document support procedures, training materials, and user guides.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation projects.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with IFS Applications (preferably IFS Cloud).
Understanding of manufacturing processes such as MRP, shop floor control, BOM management, and inventory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Desirable Skills:
SQL or report writing experience.
Knowledge of IFS Lobbies, Custom Events, or Report Designer.
Knowledge of system integration and data migration.
Experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades.
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
