Job Title: Night Shift Decontamination Technician Supervisor
Location: Ramsay Sterile Services Midlands, Kettering
Type: Full Time, 37.5 Hours, including some weekends
We are seeking a dynamic, organized individual with experience in decontamination of reusable medical devices and ISO standard quality systems. Strong motivational skills and teamwork orientation are essential.
Requirements:
* Recognized decontamination qualification or willingness to undertake the Institute of Decontamination Sciences Technical Certificate
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
* Complete daily sterilisation/decontamination tasks following policies and procedures
* Organize workload, allocate duties, and problem solve with the team
* Participate in quality control processes, ensuring accurate documentation
