Senior Cost Engineer
London OR Manchester or Birmingham
Key Focus:
* Stand up robust cost control & estimating processes that align to industry standards.
* Make SAP work harder - clean data, tighter integration, better controls.
* Shift from spreadsheet mess to schedule-driven control using fully cost & resource-loaded P6.
What great looks like:
* Clear baselines, change control, forecasting and EACs built on good data, not hero spreadsheets.
* A simple, auditable process anyone can follow.
* Weekly reporting that is trusted.
You’ll bring:
* Experience working on major projects in sectors such as Rail, Energy, Nuclear, Utilities or Defence.
* Leadership and mentoring
* Proficiency with cost control systems, processes and tools
* Understanding of SAP, Primavera P6, Excel
