Job Description
The Project Engineer will take ownership of new product development and manufacturing transfer initiatives, ensuring they're executed with precision, speed, and full alignment to regulatory and business goals. This role is hands-on and cross-functional, requiring someone who can lead from the front, manage complex timelines, and collaborate effectively across engineering, quality, and operations to get products launched and production-ready.
1. Lead NPD and manufacturing transfer projects from concept to production.
2. Perform hands-on design using SolidWorks, 3D printing, and machining tools.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in regulated medical device environments and knows how to drive projects forward with clarity and purpose. This person thrives in fast-paced settings, knows how to work across teams, and takes full ownership of their work from concept to production.
4. Bachelor's in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Systems Engineering.
5. 7+ years in medical device manufacturing or product development.
6. Strong knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and GMP standards.
