Base pay range information is provided. This role is for a Chef Manager / Executive Chef Manager at Cardinal Newman Catholic School, Luton, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm (45 hours per week). The position is 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks).

Your background
We’re open to people with great cooking and people management skills. You will be an experienced Chef Manager / Executive Chef used to cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, managing your kitchen and liaising directly with onsite clients. You will head up the team to ensure service runs smoothly and that all due diligence is adhered to, working closely with the onsite Catering Manager who will support back of house. We’re focused on making good food, not just school food, and our clients and customers love what we do.

* Lead the kitchen team and ensure smooth service.
* Manage kitchen operations and liaise directly with onsite clients.
* Ensure due diligence and food safety standards are followed.
* Collaborate with the onsite Catering Manager to support back-of-house operations.
