You will be someone who enjoys managing their own work time and structure who is content away from a collaborative and team led environment.The RoleAs a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for:Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction informationDelivering projects through planning, Building Regulations, technical design, and construction stagesDeveloping fully coordinated construction drawing packagesPreparing technical details and specifications to a high standardSupporting project delivery across residential and mixed-use developmentsWorking directly with clients and project stakeholdersManaging workload effectively to meet project deadlinesCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative design solutionsAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist, Senior Architectural Technician, or Technical ArchitectExcellent technical detailing and specification skillsStrong knowledge of UK Building RegulationsProficiency in Revit and AutoCADExperience producing coordinated construction drawingsContract administration and project management experienceStrong communication and client-facing skillsA proactive and self-motivated approachThe ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectivelyExcellent written and spoken EnglishIf you're an experienced Architectural Technologist looking to join a business at the forefront of sustainable design and construction, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
