HR Business Partner | Site Based
£60-70k Plus Benefits
North Nottinghamshire (commutable from Mansfield. Worksop, Chesterfield, Sheffield & surrounding areas)
Be at the heart of a fast-paced, people-driven business
We’re partnering with a large, complex and high-performing organisation to appoint a HR Business Partner into a pivotal, site-based role.
This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk.
This is for someone who thrives on being visible, present and truly embedded in the business, building relationships, influencing decisions and shaping how people strategies land on the ground.
If you enjoy being where the action is, partnering closely with operational leaders and making a tangible impact day-to-day, this could be a brilliant next step.
The Opportunity
Working as part of a high-calibre Human Resources function, you’ll partner with key stakeholders across a large, multi-layered operation, supporting the delivery of a commercially aligned People Plan.
You’ll play a central role in driving performance through people — balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
This is a role with real scope to influence — from organisation design and talent strategy through to employee relations and change delivery.
What you’ll be doing
* Partnering senior stakeholders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business objectives
* Designing and implementing People Plans across your business areas
* Supporting organisational design and ensuring structures are fit for purpose
* Driving talent, succession and retention strategies
* Leading and supporting on complex employee relations activity
* Using data and insight to identify trends and drive meaningful change
* Supporting and delivering change and transformation projects
* Acting as a visible champion of culture, values and high performance
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner role
* Background in fast-paced, operational or multi-site environments (e.g. retail, logistics, manufacturing, customer-led sectors)
* Comfortable working in a high-energy, evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment
* Strong experience across the full employee lifecycle, including ER, talent and organisational development
* Ability to influence, challenge and build credibility at all levels
* Commercially minded, resilient and able to operate at pace
* Someone who wants to be on-site, visible and embedded in the business
Why this role?
* A genuinely high-impact partnering role with exposure to senior stakeholders
* The chance to shape and deliver people strategy in a complex, evolving business
* A fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
* Real opportunity to drive change and see the impact of your work first-hand
