Job Title: Multi Trade Operative
We are looking for a Multi Trade Operative who enjoys delivering a vital and valued repairs service to residential customers to work within our Painting Team covering Bristol, Bath, and Cheltenham. You will specialise in day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and minor refurbishments for our reputable Social Housing client.

The Role of Multi Trade Operative:
* Undertake multi-trade work in occupied, residential properties, including second fix work such as joinery, some plumbing, and patch plastering.
* Primarily work alone with guidance from a Foreperson and Contract Manager.
* Work professionally and considerately within people’s homes, prioritizing health and safety for yourself and others.
What You Will Bring:
* NVQ Level 2 qualification or similar in a core internal trade is preferred.
* Experience in residential maintenance and repairs, with basic carpentry skills, is essential.
* Excellent customer service skills, maintaining high standards while ensuring customers feel safe and comfortable.
* A full UK driving license is essential, with a company van provided.
