Job Purpose: The Technical Co-ordinator will be a key member of the CAMO Team at Farnborough, responsible for co-ordinating technical activity that ensures the continuing airworthiness and operational availability of the Zephyr Air System. The role requires close collaboration with Design, Engineering, Airworthiness, Line Maintenance and Operations teams to plan, track and close maintenance, modifications and technical queries in support of safe and timely flights. Planning & Scheduling (Your Core Focus) You’ll be at the centre of our engineering planning activity, helping to ensure Zephyr development runs smoothly and on time. You will: Build, maintain and update engineering plans and schedules Sequence technical tasks and track progress against milestones Identify risks or delays and support re‑planning Keep teams aligned through clear, accurate and timely updates Supporting Data & Documentation Maintain technical records, plans and resource data Prepare agendas, minutes and action trackers Assist with reporting, dashboards and KPIs for project status Communication & Coordination Act as a key link between engineering teams and project management Disseminate updates and planning changes quickly and clearly Help maintain consistency and alignment across stakeholders Risk Tracking Log engineering risks and monitor their impact on schedule Support updates to risk registers and mitigation plans Tools & Systems You’ll work with tools such as MS Project or Primavera, PLM platforms, BI dashboards, SharePoint and Excel to support planning, analysis and resource tracking. What You Bring Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field Exposure to aerospace projects, from concept through delivery Understanding of aircraft design or certification processes Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced technical environment High attention to detail and confidence managing multiple stakeholders Desirable Attributes: Experience working with maintenance information systems and electronic technical logbooks. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across international operational sites. Ability and willingness to travel internationally at short notice to support AOG, site evaluation and business-critical activities. Calm and pragmatic approach to problem solving in high-pressure operational environments.
