Description
* Perform general office duties
* Record financial transactions
* Handle accounts payable and receivable
* Code invoices appropriately for Xero, QuickBooks, and SAGE software
* Record cash receipts and manage bank deposits
* Maintain petty cash
* Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
* Perform additional bookkeeping duties as assigned by management
* Prepare Income and Expenditure Statements
* Prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheets
* File historical records and retrieve documents as required
Profile
* AAT qualified and progressing towards ACCA or ACA, or QBE
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Strong customer care skills
* Excellent prioritization and time management skills
* Ability to work in an organized manner under strict deadlines, including planning, diary management, and maintaining department systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
