National Account Manager – TieTalent
Salary: Competitive plus car/allowance, company bonus & pension. Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). Location: Home based with National travel.

What you’ll be doing
* Secure, deliver & drive efficiencies and project delivery for our retail sector stakeholders.
* Acquire and use contract performance data to provide insights that drive opportunities.
* Build, develop and deliver KPIs / SLAs to drive continuous improvement.
* Own the client relationships end-to-end, including contractual and P&L responsibility.
* Innovate by developing and delivering environmental and resource management activities, staying ahead of best practice and legislation.
* Define and develop the customer strategy, generate growth in revenue, and create individual Account Management Plans for each client.
* Maintain a Salesforce pipeline to manage growth, development, and contracts at risk.
* Manage customer contract expectations and service level agreements / KPIs.
* Facilitate cross-sell of resource management solutions from Veolia group activities.
* Deliver strategy and ensure the customer journey is implemented; become the expert on the customer’s industry trends and objectives.
* Manage renewals and account development within governance, maintain customer metrics, and communicate with key stakeholders.
* Ensure debt levels are managed within contract terms and support invoice dispute resolution.
What we’re looking for
* Account Management experience with a high degree of autonomy
* Experience operating within cross-functional teams
* Strong self-organization, prioritization, time management, and ability to handle high volumes of queries
* Influencing and negotiation skills with a solution-focused, commercially minded approach
* Understanding of the waste management industry and sustainability is advantageous
* Proven leadership skills able to lead cross-functional teams
