Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide first-class support to three senior directors within the People Leadership team including the Vice President of People Operations, Vice President of Organisation Effectiveness, and the People Director for Retail & Operations.
This is a key role supporting senior stakeholders and ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. You'll manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings, and act as the go-to person for a wide range of administrative and organisational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Diary & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex, high-volume schedules, prioritising effectively and adapting quickly to last-minute changes.
2. Meeting Coordination: Organise agendas, logistics, and follow-ups for leadership and functional meetings.
3. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external partners, representing the directors with professionalism and discretion.
