Job Description:
Our client is an award-winning leader in infection prevention, clinical waste management, and surgical solutions to healthcare facilities across the globe. Due to their significant growth, they are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen the position of the business in the Irish Market and UK Long Term Care Accounts by supporting distributors through strategic initiatives and cross-selling activities and providing day-to-day key account support.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a national business plan for Ireland with focus markets and product ranges by distributor to drive retention and growth, aligning with B2B and VCI strategic focuses.
2. Segment accounts to provide an elevated level of key account management to strategic accounts, involving senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.
3. Achieve sales and margin objectives.
4. Collaborate with B2B colleagues and marketing to identify and develop new accounts and communicate crossover opportunities.
5. Meet individual KPIs.
6. Establish and manage relationships with key customers, professionals, and stakeholders to grow the business with new and existing clients.
7. Use specialist product knowledge and skills to communicate key messages and provide solution-focused sales.
8. Comply with all policies, procedures, and standards.
9. Demonstrate the company's core values at all times.
10. Work closely with Customer Services and UK Commercial departments for support.
Candidate requirements:
* Management and experience in the Irish Healthcare Market is desirable.
* B2B Sales Key Account Management experience or medical training within healthcare industry.
